The Law Office of W. Randall Holcomb, PLLC, was founded in 2016 by Managing Attorney W. Randall Holcomb. Prior to establishing his own firm, Mr. Holcomb gained valuable experience in various roles, including positions at a business law firm in High Point, NC, an insurance defense firm in Greensboro, and in trust fund management. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Holcomb gained valuable experience as a senior executive in commercial real estate and private equity ventures. Mr. Holcomb received his B.A. from Indiana University majoring in Political Science and his Juris Doctorate from the Elon University School of Law.
Based in North Carolina, Mr. Holcomb's practice is focused in primarily on business contracts and transactions, business and contract disputes, company organizational issues and construction industry litigation. Mr. Holcomb has earned a reputation for building lasting relationships with his clients, which include a diverse range of local businesses such as building suppliers, contractors, car dealerships, commercial landlords, real estate investors, and professionals in the medical and accounting fields.
